Yes, it's true! I have moved from third grade to second grade. Oddly, I am still in the same classroom. We will be learning in room 206 in the green hallway. This web site is under construction. I am busy changing the pages to contain second grade curriculum. I am excited that you have stopped by and I hope that you will visit often as this site will be a fabulous resource for you and your family - even grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. Wherever your family or friends live, they can access this web site to see what goes on in our classroom.
Dates to remember:
Tuesday, August 28 = Meet and Greet @ 5:00-6:00pm
Please join the entire school staff as we open our doors so that your family and you can see the classrooms, gym, music room, computer room, library, lunch room, commons, playground and the office. You will want to see where you are seated and who you will in your classroom.
A big tip: find out where to line up on the playground, so that you will be prepared on the first morning. The hint here is to look for the covered basketball court and state tag as this is a good way to find our classroom from the playground.
Please feel free to bring your school supplies during this time because this will make your backpack so much lighter on the first day of school.
You may also add money to your school account as Mrs. King, our cook, will be here to greet you, as well.
