The school community decided to celebrate Mr. Sweet Day to honor our beloved custodian.
We put together a book: Helping Hands. The cover was created by Olga. Isn't she a fine artist?
We did an acrostic poem and wrote and illustrated a card with the Friendly Letter Format.
We used our best second grade printing.
And our best second grade illustrating.
Our Student Council Representatives and the cover illustrator presented the books to Mr. Sweet during the lunchtime celebration.
