FOSS Science: New Plants

In Science, we are growing plants to study to life cycle of a plant.

Our seeds were planted by the students - er... scientists.

They started to grow, so we had to record the growth in our Learning Logs.

We are observing and recording the growth in centimeters, the color and the physical changes our plants make.

Our plants have moved through the seedling stage, to the plant stage, to the flowering stage. We are learning to lable the roots, stem, leaves, flowers, and seeds. We also realize that most growing things need air, water, nutrients, and light.
